The inside scoop is that they will be premiering a couple brand new songs – the first in over a decade! This show is unbelievable, mind altering, one of a kind… but don’t just take my word for it “Ah, Lords of Acid: Lusty pleather, bondage a-go-go, cyber-punk fishnets and a flurry of kaleidoscopic LSD imagery that could give anyone … an instant seizure.” to quote Jen Boyles of Houston Press Music
The touring lineup for the band includes:
Praga Khan (Lords of Acid, Original member) - Male Vocals; From his first single "I Sit On Acid" released in 1988 to the present, Belgium's Praga Khan remains one of the most innovative acid house musicians in circulation. Thanks to extensive experimentation with drugs, Crowley-ian sex magic, and esoteric paths of self-deprivation and mutilation known only to himself, this orgiastic orchestrator created the Lords of Acid to further encapsulate the seductive messages and raw sex of his ever-evolving musical vision. From the raw carnality of their 1991 release Lust, to the electro-thrash of 2000's Farstucker. Lords of Acid has re-defined the pure pleasures of drugs, hedonism, and deviant sex for nearly twenty-two years. Now, despite numerous lineup changes, world tours, 1.5 million album sales, and every possible point of crisis and conflict a band can face, Lords of Acid is returning to the unsuspecting United States again, this time with a new crew of deviants, dilettantes, and sonically transmitted diseases.
DJ Mea (Me and My Machine) - Female Vocals;
DJ/Mixing expertise with innovation, combining her powerful voice with a dazzling stage presence, Mea pioneers a new place for women in the dj world…
Her bold style and turntable mastery prompted DMA magazine to hail this petite performer “The Madonna of the New Millennium” on its July 2001 cover. In an always exciting show this dynamic diva combines live freestyle vocals over a versatile set ranging from progressive-tech house to intelligent breaks, as well as introducing new singles with catchy lyrics written by Méa herself.
From her youth Mea was schooled in piano, violin, guitar, drums, dance, and, of course, voice. Her trademark sound being her freestyle vocals layered over an original house mix track of her own, creating that unique Mea effect.
Kirk Salvador (Society 1) - Drums;
Murv3 (Powerman 5000) - Bass;
Returning from last year's Lords of Acid Sextreme Ball tour with the Kill Thrill Kult - all-stars Murv3 and Kik Salvador.
Virus (Dope) - Guitar;
Joining the Lords of Acid on lead guitar is Virus, singer/songwriter, guitarist, producer, most recognized for playing lead guitar for the American Industrial Metal/rock band Dope.
This tour also features the Austrialian cyberpunks Angelspit

– featuring Destroyx's vocals and ZooG's synths and effects. Angelspit will be releasing their newest CD ‘Carbon Beauty' the VERY DAY of the Salt Lake City show!
Long known for their incredible two-person stage show, Angelspit has announced that this tour will be the final tour under the current line-up. Details are being kept
closely-guarded, but Angelspit has made it clear that the Lords of Acid/Angelspit tour will be fans’ last chance to view Angelspit in their current incarnation.
I missed it last time and will NOT be making that mistake again! Definitely come and get your freak on; who knows when (or if) they'll ever be back!
